2nd centre

Last time i discussed with you that there are 7 centre in our electric body.
I make it clear that they are not in our physical body.
you can call it Aura
Our first centre is near sex centre(between sex centre and anus).
It is our survival centre.It is our base,base of our vital and most important energy.
WE have to arise it and send to upper centres. It is sent by our spinal cord.
It is my experince we are not able to experience real positive things in our life.
all of us feel that when we coughing strongly,there is some kind of vibration at our base centre. Even in defence services,when they test a person medically,They ask the person for coughing and if there is vibration ,he is considered fir for.
There are a technique to arise it or feel it . But I can share it with interested person only.
